Youngest players are seven years old and the eldest are 44. We have girls, boys, women and men playing.
American football is a fast contact sport. It is easy to learn the basics, but it is a gift that keeps on giving. You can also play flag football, which is non-contact version of football.
American football is suitable for different kinds of athletes. It is a late entry sport, so you can get into it even as an adult.

Bulldogs is from Sipoo, but we have players from all over southern Finland. We practice in Nikkilä and Kerava.
We train like we mean it, but always with a smile. Coaches know what they are doing and why. In Bulldogs every player is valuable.
